Pike Grange met Feb. 14 with Stark County Delegates for a report on the state convention last October. Bill and Nancy Walter presented the program about the convention.
The regular meeting was conducted by Master/President Jane Barr. Reports were made by all chairperson.
Donations were made to Domestic Violence, fire victims, Ronald McDonald and National Youth Ambassador.
Announcements were made for the Deaf Activities Conference on March 11 and spring fling on April 1. The grange will hold a flag burning in September. Those who have flags that need disposed are asked to give them to a grange member or bring them to the burning night.
The rental chairperson wants to remind folks that the grange is open for rentals. It is beginning to be the party and gathering time, so call Charlotte Reynolds at 330-484-2973.
Prior to the meeting, 18 members enjoyed a lunch of a variety of items.
The March 14 meeting will be the grange' annual inspection night. Members said they hope everyone will be well and able to attend the meeting.
A June event being planned for Deaf Activities is to have Stephen and Hammy in Ohio for a visit. Information will soon come out on where and when. Hammy is the grange's sponsorship dog from Dogs for the Deaf.
